Position Summary
The Senior Residential Admissions and Enrollment Specialist is responsible for processing referrals/admissions to optimize the residential program census. Additionally, this person will monitor and implement the quality assurance functions for the Admissions Department to ensure exceptional service delivery, departmental compliance with JCAHO standards and to assist the Director in the efficient operation of the department. This individual will possess a working knowledge of the KidsPeace continuum of care, will be customer-focused and mission-driven, thereby ensuring timely processing of admissions to KidsPeace National Centers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate Degree required (60+ credits) ; Bachelor’s Degree in Mental Health or related field preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English)
  • Some experience with acute emotionally challenged children or adolescents preferred.
  • Must possess basic personal computer knowledge and skills.
  • Excellent organization abilities required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
