Job Description
About BullFrog AI
At BullFrog AI Holdings, Inc., we are transforming drug development through the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning. Leveraging our three proprietary AI platforms, we help uncover actionable insights from complex biomedical data to improve therapeutic development, clinical outcomes, and strategic decision-making across the life sciences industry.
BullFrog AI partners with leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and research organizations to accelerate innovation in areas of significant unmet medical need. As a fast-growing, publicly traded company operating at the intersection of AI and biotechnology, we are building a high-performance team that thrives on curiosity, accountability, collaboration, and impact.
Position Overview
BullFrog AI is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Director of Investor Relations & Digital Marketing to develop and execute the company's strategy to bolster its visibility and impact within the investment community through a direct, BullFrog-owned relationship with our investor and shareholder base — customized messaging, newsletters, video, and other owned digital channels — rather than a traditional outsourced IR-agency model. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, high-potential professional who is eager to grow into a Vice President-level leadership role over time.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of TechBio, AI-powered biopharmaceuticals, and general healthcare innovation. In addition, the candidate should have a mastery of communication skills (both written and verbal), financial literacy, and a proactive, relationship-driven mindset, along with genuine tech-savvy and hands-on digital marketing experience — comfortable owning a CRM segment, building a newsletter program, and scripting/producing investor video content, not just coordinating with outside vendors who do. This individual will play a key role in helping position BullFrog AI with institutional investors, analysts, strategic partners, industry stakeholders, and online influencers while maximizing executive visibility and strategic networking opportunities.
This role will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and work closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, Business Development teams, and Marketing.
BullFrog AI will own the investor/shareholder CRM database and retain sole control over how, when, and where the company communicates with investors and shareholders. This role builds and executes marketing efforts focused on investors and shareholders within that owned system — it does not operate through, or hand the relationship off to, an outside IR agency.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Relations & Market Positioning- Support the development and execution of BullFrog AI's investor relations strategy to enhance shareholder engagement, investor confidence, and market visibility through a direct-to-investor (D2I) model built on BullFrog's own investor CRM
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, bankers, and other members of the investment community
- Coordinate investor outreach initiatives, industry and investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, analyst meetings, investor calls, and shareholder communications using BullFrog-owned channels and CRM
- Partner with executive leadership to prepare investor presentations, earnings materials, corporate messaging, FAQs, and other external communications
- Monitor market activity, analyst coverage, peer company developments, investor sentiment, and industry trends to provide strategic insights to leadership
- Help identify opportunities to strengthen the company's positioning within the TechBio, AI-powered biopharmaceuticals, and general healthcare innovation landscape
- Own and grow BullFrog's investor CRM/database — list segmentation, hygiene, subscriber growth, and engagement analytics — as a company-owned asset, reporting regularly on subscriber growth, engagement, and shareholder retention
- Build a presence and relationships within the retail and institutional investor community, including investor forums, shareholder groups, and relevant online/social investor channels
Executive Visibility & Conference Strategy
- Drive conference strategy and execution, ensuring BullFrog AI is represented at high-impact investor, TechBio, AI, and healthcare conferences
- Identify and secure speaking engagements, panel opportunities, networking events, and strategic introductions for executive leadership
- Coordinate conference participation logistics, investor scheduling, and executive preparation to maximize the value of leadership travel and external engagement
- Ensure the CEO and executive team are meeting with the right investors, strategic stakeholders, and industry influencers at targeted events
Investor Marketing & Digital Content
- Own and execute BullFrog's investor and shareholder marketing efforts end-to-end: investor decks, shareholder newsletters, milestone and CEO explainer videos, FAQs, and web content that clearly articulate BullFrog AI's value proposition, scientific differentiation, and growth strategy in BullFrog's own voice.
- Build and manage an investor newsletter/update program (e.g., quarterly shareholder letters, milestone updates) and a lightweight video content pipeline (CEO Q&As, platform explainers, milestone recaps) — either produced in-house or directed through freelance/contract support.
- Partner with business development and scientific teams to ensure alignment across investor, scientific, and commercial messaging
- Support website content updates, corporate presentations, press release coordination, and external communications initiatives
- Assist in writing and producing compelling narratives around company milestones, partnerships, platform advancements, and growth opportunities — tailored to investor CRM segments (retail vs. institutional) rather than a one-size-fits-all release
- Track content and campaign performance (open rates, video views, newsletter growth, engagement) and use that data to refine messaging and channel mix
Cross-Functional & Growth Support
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Commercial teams on strategic partnership outreach and conference-related relationship management
- Support preparation for Board meetings, investor updates, and strategic planning discussions as needed
- Contribute to building scalable investor relations and investor marketing processes and infrastructure as the company grows
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to leadership while demonstrating strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism, including sound judgment around Regulation FD and coordination with securities counsel on disclosure matters
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Communications, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Approximately 5–10 years of progressive experience in Investor Relations, corporate communications, and/or digital marketing.
- Hands-on digital marketing experience — email/newsletter platforms, CRM tools, content and video production, social/digital channels — is required, not just familiar with reviewing agency deliverables.
- Demonstrated understanding of the evolving Artificial Intelligence (AI) landscape, including emerging technologies, industry trends, competitive positioning, and the practical application of AI solutions across business environments.
- Experience supporting a publicly traded company, including some prior exposure to the investor community (retail and/or institutional).
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence across executive leadership and external stakeholders.
- Strong financial literacy and ability to understand financial statements, earnings materials, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Genuinely tech-savvy and comfortable working directly inside a CRM/marketing-automation platform, analytics dashboards, and video/content creation tools — this role owns the execution; it does not outsource it.
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Highly proactive, resourceful, polished, and intellectually curious, with a creative, test-and-learn approach to investor engagement.
- Willingness to travel periodically for conferences, investor meetings, and industry events.
- Currently employed within an AI-focused organization, with direct exposure to AI-driven products, platforms, services, or strategic initiatives in a fast-paced and innovative environment, strongly preferred.
What We're Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who is:
- Hungry to grow and eager to make a meaningful impact in a high-growth environment.
- Looking to break out of a larger organization into a more strategic, visible, and influential role.
- Passionate about the future of AI-driven healthcare innovation.
- Energized by building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping shape the trajectory of a growing public company.
- Excited to build things directly — a newsletter, a video series, a CRM program — rather than manage an outside agency that builds them.
- Excited by the opportunity to evolve into a senior leadership role as the company scales.
Why BullFrog AI
- Opportunity to work directly alongside executive leadership and contribute to company strategy.
- High visibility role with meaningful influence on company growth and market positioning.
- Collaborative, mission-driven culture focused on innovation and impact.
- Exposure to cutting-edge AI applications in drug development and precision medicine.
- Significant opportunity for career advancement and long-term growth.
What We Offer
Base annual compensation of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, based on level of education, years of relevant professional experience, skills, and location. This role is eligible for performance bonus and equity/stock options, subject to company and plan terms. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision from day one, short-term disability, 401(k) from first paycheck, 15 days PTO, 11 paid holidays annually, and maternity and paternity leave.
