  • Develop and execute creative recruiting strategies to address hard-to-fill roles and position WWMC competitively in the talent market
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and succession planning initiatives
  • Drive employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to enhance WWMC’s visibility and reputation as an employer of choice
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Support Talent Acquisition technology initiatives, including ATS enhancements and broader HR projects
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and data analytics to provide insights, identify trends, and improve hiring effectiveness
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support organizational growth and talent initiatives
  • Represent WWMC at industry conferences, networking events, and career fairs to attract top talent and raise employer brand awareness
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to direct reports while fostering a collaborative and high-performing recruitment culture
Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition / recruitment experience, including experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
  • 3+ years of people management or team leadership experience
  • Strong experience recruiting within data center, construction, engineering, or professional services industries required
  • Demonstrated success identifying, attracting and engaging passive candidates
  • Experience supporting high-growth organizations and managing multiple concurrent hiring priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, recruitment technologies, and talent analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, talent market trends, and employment legislation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
