  • Support advisor teams in completing annual portfolio reviews and related regulatory reviews in accordance with investment and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional offices, advisors, and key client relationships through regular engagement and occasional travel.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of client-facing wealth management experience preferred, ideally within an independent wealth management firm, registered investment adviser, or comparable environment.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio construction, asset allocation, investment products, and wealth management principles.
  • Experience with private market investments, alternative investment solutions, and quantitative or factor-based investing is a plus.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret investment data and translate complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate sophisticated investment concepts clearly to advisors and high-net-worth clients.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders working across geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a client-first mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative investment organization.
  • Series 65 registration is required unless exempt through an applicable professional designation such as CFA or CFP.
  • MBA, CFA, or comparable advanced financial qualification is a plus.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to support regional offices and key client relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a professional office environment and performing standard workstation-based duties.
Benefits
  • Base salary range of $170,000–$225,000 USD, depending on geographic location, experience, education, skills, and licenses or certifications.
  • Eligibility for additional incentive compensation through applicable company incentive programs.
  • Hybrid work arrangement in the San Francisco Bay Area.
