Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people? We're looking for a customer-focused professional to join our team in a Customer Service & Administrative Support role.

As a Long-Term Escrow Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting customers, managing documentation, coordinating communications, and helping ensure the smooth administration of long-term escrow transactions. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
  • Support the Long-Term Escrow Officer with escrow transactions, correspondence, and customer communications.
  • Prepare and review payoff statements and related documentation.
  • Audit new escrow files to ensure all required documentation and instructions have been received.
  • Enter and maintain accurate information within company software systems.
  • Manage filing, mail, document preparation, and general administrative tasks.
  • Communicate professionally with lenders, realtors, attorneys, CPAs, title companies, buyers, sellers, and internal team members.
  • Complete work accurately and efficiently while meeting established deadlines.
  • Support company goals, culture, and core values while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience involving frequent customer interaction
  • Previous experience in title and escrow, banking, financial services, or an office environment preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR and background check
  • Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to travel occasionally for training purposes
