About the role You will be the "first impression" of Page Insurance and the guardian of focus. You make every client feel welcomed and taken care of, while keeping the agency organized by routing calls, scheduling, and handling the right work at the right level. What you'll do
- Answer fast, greet warmly, triage correctly, and route work to the right person.
- Protect the team by scheduling appointments and managing the front lines so others can do deep work.
- Maintain data integrity by verifying cell phone and email info on every interaction.
- Execute workflows with precision—we love smart systems that make life easier.
- Collaborate with the team to solve problems and improve our processes.
Qualifications
- The Personality: You LOVE PEOPLE. You genuinely enjoy helping others, you smile through the phone, and you are calm under pressure.
- The Experience: No insurance license required. Previous customer service or administrative experience is highly valued.
- The Drive: You take ownership of your work and are looking for a career, not just a job.
- The Tech: You are comfortable with modern tools, value clear communication, and can type clean notes while talking.
