Your starting income would range from 60,000 to 85,000, depending on how hard you work. No experience is needed, and we provide full training. We are looking for entry-level team members. Experience in customer service or training will be an advantage. Our Benefit Representatives meet with members of labor unions, credit unions, associations, and parent groups. You will review the family's existing benefits, explain additional benefits, and handle the enrollment.

A college degree is preferred but not required. Associate degree, bachelor's degree, and master's degree candidates and graduates are encouraged to apply. We welcome all majors. We particularly look for communications, marketing, psychology, healthcare, and business coursework.

We have a wide range of training programs, both internal and external. We pride ourselves on training and mentoring team members throughout their careers. Several of our leadership development sessions involve participants from all company divisions, including New Zealand, Canada, and the United States.
