The Financial Analyst will play a key role in analyzing financial data and guiding business decisions for our dealerships. The primary
responsibility will be preparing monthly and quarterly reports, assisting with the annual budgeting process, and working directly with
Operational and Executive teams, and updating forecasts and models. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for financial excellence.
Job Responsibilities
• Maintain and create financial reporting for Operational and Executive teams, offering insights into financial trends and
opportunities for improvement
• Prepare and analyze trends for all markets, review industry benchmarks, and the competitive landscape to drive dealerships’
performance
• Work with Financial Systems and Operational teams in annual budget preparation, and monitor budget adherence, identifying
opportunities for cost optimization
• Assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the dealership’s financial health
• Assist in ad hoc analysis, addressing questions from various departments and the Executive team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and support decision-making across the organization
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools;
Knowledge of financial software and systems (e.g., OneStream) is a plus
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and insights
