Warehouse Facility Maintenance in Calhoun, Georgia at Nourison

Monday - Friday / 8AM-5PM

Occasional Weekend Hours If Needed

Job summary: Performs manual labor and semi-skilled work in the maintenance of distribution facilities and grounds which include but are not limited to construction and repair of electrical, mechanical, masonry, carpentry; the coordination and preventive maintenance of company equipment and record keeping of transactions.

Maintain Safety Procedures: maintain safe work practices as outlined in the safety procedures

Minimum requirements

Graduation from high school or G.E.D. equivalent, plus three years of experience in the maintenance of building facilities and grounds, repair of structures, machinery, plumbing, electrical wiring and fixtures. Knowledge of the standard principles, methods, practices, techniques, tools, and equipment used in the maintenance and repair of building structures, machinery, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment fixtures.

Abilities required

Basic Material Handling experience, basic math and English skills.
