FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST in San Antonio, Texas at UNIVERSAL TOYOTA

Universal Toyota is seeking to fill a full or part time receptionist position. Candidates are required to have great organizational and multi-tasking skills as well as customer-friendly, positive, personalities. Applicants must have reliable transportation and dress professionally on a day-to-day basis.

Job Duties (include but are not limited to):

- Answering and transferring phone calls

- Assisting customers and directing them to the correct department(s)

- Logging and distributing license plates

- Filing and organizing

- Maintaining a clean work area

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED equivalent
• 2 to 4 years work experience in related field preferred but not required
• Must possess high skill level in typing, MS Word, Excel, Outlook and general knowledge of computer operation.
• Must be extremely flexible, energetic and thrive in changing environment
• Able to work with competing and changing priorities and show willingness to assist others
• Position requires effective written and oral communication skill with ability to effectively work with variety of personalities
• Must understand and deal appropriately with confidential information
