Accountabilities:
  • Lead and scale a high-performing engineering team focused on product-facing builder experiences and automation interfaces.
  • Define and oversee the technical roadmap while aligning engineering initiatives with broader product and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to create intuitive user experiences that support sophisticated technical functionality.
  • Mentor and support engineers at different career stages, fostering professional development, technical growth, and strong team collaboration.
  • Drive engineering excellence by promoting high standards for system reliability, scalability, performance, and user experience quality.
  • Translate complex architectural and technical challenges into clear execution plans and strategic business decisions.
  • Remove operational and technical blockers to enable teams to work efficiently with autonomy and clarity.
  • Encourage a fast-moving, delivery-oriented culture focused on experimentation, iteration, and measurable outcomes.
  • Contribute to long-term platform evolution while balancing immediate product priorities and customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams in high-growth or fast-paced technology environments.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to evaluate architectural decisions, system trade-offs, and complex engineering challenges.
  • Experience balancing long-term technical sustainability with rapid product development cycles.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a people-first and servant leadership approach.
  • High level of ownership, initiative, and ability to navigate ambiguity independently.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across engineering, product, and design teams.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of how technical decisions impact users and company growth.
  • Experience building or managing modern software products with strong focus on usability and scalability.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered products, developer tools, or automation platforms is considered a strong advantage.
  • Experience with real-time interfaces, collaborative systems, data visualization, or LLM-based technologies is a plus.
  • Passion for building products that successfully balance technical depth with intuitive user experiences.
