This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced engineering leader passionate about scaling distributed systems, developer platforms, and automation infrastructure. In this role, you will lead multiple engineering teams responsible for building and evolving large-scale integrations and automation systems that power continuous security monitoring across complex technology ecosystems. You will drive technical strategy, operational excellence, and organizational growth while collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Go-To-Market teams. - Lead and scale multiple engineering teams focused on integrations platforms, automation infrastructure, and developer enablement capabilities.
- Define and execute technical strategies that improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability across distributed systems and integration services.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders to align platform initiatives with company goals and customer needs.
- Drive the development and optimization of integration frameworks that support a broad ecosystem of tools and automated workflows.
- Improve engineering efficiency by reducing complexity and streamlining the process of building, maintaining, and deploying integrations.
- Foster a high-performance engineering culture centered on mentorship, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Coach and develop engineering managers and senior contributors while building strong, resilient, and collaborative teams.
- Lead strategic initiatives that support long-term platform evolution, customer satisfaction, and operational scalability.
- Ensure high standards for execution quality, security, compliance, and customer data protection across all engineering operations.
- Encourage responsible adoption of AI technologies to improve productivity, efficiency, and engineering outcomes.
- 8+ years of engineering leadership experience within high-growth technology environments.
- Proven experience leading and scaling engineering organizations of 40+ team members across multiple teams or functions.
- Strong background in distributed systems, platform engineering, integrations, or large-scale infrastructure.
- Demonstrated success driving execution through engineering managers while maintaining organizational alignment and delivery excellence.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to connect technical decisions to measurable business outcomes.
- Experience building developer platforms, integration ecosystems, or customer-facing engineering solutions is highly preferred.
- Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing engineering talent at all levels.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and lead complex technical initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and openness to leveraging AI tools responsibly to improve team effectiveness.
- Experience working with forward-deployed engineering or customer-centric technical teams is considered an asset.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and reside in Alberta, Ontario, or British Columbia.
