Patient Services Representative in Waikoloa Village, Hawaii at West Hawaii Community Health Center Inc

Hawai‘i Island Community Health Center (HICHC) is seeking a friendly, organized Patient Services Representative to join our team, primarily in Waikoloa (training may take place in Kona).

• Welcome and check in patients and visitors
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Collect and update patient/insurance information
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Answer phones and support daily clinic operations

• High school diploma or GED + 6–12 months of related experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with computers and office systems
• Team-oriented with a positive, helpful attitude
