Hawaii Island Community Health Center is looking for a Patient Services Representative (PSR) to join our Kuakini team. This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity for anyone interested in starting a career in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support.

• Greet and register patients for scheduled and walk‑in appointments
• Update patient records and contact information
• Collect payments and assist with insurance questions
• Schedule appointments
• Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate department
• Provide professional and responsive customer service
• Support clinic operations as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months to one year of related experience (customer service, office work, reception, etc.)
