You will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing paid traffic campaigns across major digital platforms, with a strong focus on scale and efficiency. The environment is fast-paced, analytical, and highly collaborative, requiring close interaction with creative, content, and strategy teams. You will play a central role in driving acquisition performance and continuously improving campaign outcomes through testing, insights, and optimization. - Plan, structure, execute, and optimize paid traffic campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other performance channels.
- Analyze performance metrics and transform data into actionable insights and strategic decisions to improve campaign results.
- Develop and manage A/B testing routines, optimizing creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize performance.
- Monitor campaign performance closely, ensuring clarity in reporting and continuous improvement of key KPIs.
- Collaborate with creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure alignment across the entire customer journey.
- Identify new opportunities for scaling campaigns and improving acquisition efficiency.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and client growth strategies.
- Proven experience in traffic management and digital performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of paid media platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make fast, data-driven decisions.
- Experience with campaign optimization, testing methodologies, and performance scaling strategies.
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile with strong ownership mentality.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with continuous learning and adaptation.
- (Differential) Experience in e-commerce or direct-response marketing.
- (Differential) Knowledge of funnel analysis, CRO, and advanced performance metrics.
