This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and customer insight, driving how products are positioned, launched, and continuously improved across their lifecycle. You will own a portfolio of products and shape their success through data-informed storytelling, experimentation, and strategic execution. Working in a fast-moving, metrics-driven environment, you’ll partner closely with Product, Data, Design, and Marketing teams to identify the highest-impact opportunities. The role combines analytical thinking with creative messaging to improve user engagement and adoption. You will play a key part in turning customer insights into actionable product and marketing strategies. You will be responsible for driving the full product marketing lifecycle across assigned products, from discovery and positioning to launch and optimization, ensuring alignment with business priorities and user needs.
- Own product marketing activities for a defined product portfolio, adapting focus based on company-level priorities and impact potential
- Develop positioning and messaging grounded in user behavior, qualitative insights, and quantitative data
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies across in-app surfaces, lifecycle communications, and marketing channels
- Analyze user data and feedback to identify friction points, opportunities, and growth drivers across products
- Support research initiatives, including customer voice programs and advocacy insights, to inform strategy and messaging
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and Marketing teams to test, launch, and iterate on initiatives
- Continuously monitor performance metrics post-launch and refine strategies based on experimentation and learning outcomes
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with clear communication skills and a curiosity for product, growth, and consumer behavior, thriving in dynamic, experimentation-driven environments.
- 0–2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Consumer Research, or related fields (including internships or academic projects)
- Strong ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear messaging
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and high ownership expectations
- Familiarity or interest in AI tools to enhance productivity and insight generation
- Nice to have: experience with mobile/consumer products, lifecycle messaging, customer research methods, or tools like Braze
- Nice to have: exposure to fintech, subscription, or marketplace business models
- Competitive annual salary range: USD $28,000 – $38,000 (gross), depending on experience
