In this role, you will act as a key driver of digital growth, combining marketing automation, CRM expertise, and paid media execution to optimize end-to-end customer acquisition and lifecycle performance. You will work across multiple digital channels and platforms, ensuring seamless integration between marketing systems, analytics, and campaign execution. The position requires a hands-on professional capable of managing both strategy and execution in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You will play a central role in building scalable marketing operations through automation, data integrity, and performance optimization. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help design and implement campaigns that directly impact lead generation and revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing marketing systems, campaign execution, and performance optimization across CRM, automation, and paid media channels:
- Act as the HubSpot specialist across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations hubs, building and optimizing workflows, automations, lead scoring, and lifecycle processes.
- Manage CRM data quality, including imports, deduplication, custom properties, migrations, and ongoing data governance.
- Implement and maintain integrations using tools such as Zapier, APIs, and webhooks to ensure seamless system connectivity.
- Create and optimize marketing assets including landing pages, forms, chatbots, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads, including targeting, bidding, and budget management.
- Implement tracking and analytics using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, ensuring accurate attribution and conversion tracking.
- Maintain UTM governance, CRM-based reporting, and closed-loop attribution frameworks to support data-driven decision-making.
You should bring strong hands-on experience in digital marketing operations, CRM platforms, and performance marketing, combined with a detail-oriented and execution-driven mindset:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations hubs.
- HubSpot certifications (required or in progress).
- Proven experience building complex workflows, automation logic, and lifecycle management processes.
- Hands-on experience with Zapier, APIs, and webhook-based integrations.
- Strong experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Google Ads certification (required).
- Solid understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and CRM-based reporting.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and call tracking tools.
- Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail for QA, documentation, and data accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment with direct ownership of campaigns and platforms.
- Availability to collaborate during U.S. Eastern business hours.
- Competitive monthly compensation between USD $900 – $1,500 (part-time 20h/week), depending on experience and seniority
