In this role, you will support digital marketing operations across multiple client accounts, contributing directly to brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. You will work in a fast-paced, fully remote environment focused on content creation, social media management, and website optimization. The position blends creativity and analytics, requiring both strong execution skills and attention to detail. You will also play a key role in supporting account management activities, digital audits, and performance improvements across channels. Support and execute digital marketing activities across social media, content, and website channels to strengthen client online presence and performance.
- Manage social media content creation, design, and scheduling using tools such as Canva, ensuring consistency and engagement across platforms.
- Produce high-quality written content including blogs, newsletters, press releases, and promotional emails aligned with brand tone.
- Conduct digital audits to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement across campaigns and channels.
- Perform basic website updates and maintenance on platforms such as WordPress, Wix, and Shopify.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Listings, Yelp profiles, and other online directories to improve visibility and conversion.
- Support SEO optimization efforts, including meta tags, alt text, site structure, and basic performance monitoring.
- Assist with account management tasks and special projects in collaboration with senior team members.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative marketing professional with strong communication skills and hands-on digital experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or website optimization.
- Proficiency in Canva, including basic design and video editing capabilities.
- Basic knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress, Wix, and Shopify.
- Experience with social media scheduling and publishing tools.
- Strong command of English grammar with the ability to produce professional written content.
- Experience managing Google Business Profiles, Yelp, or similar directories is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency is considered a strong advantage.
- Monthly salary: USD 800 – 1,000
