Location: Maitland, Florida (with travel to multiple clinics throughout Central Florida)

Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will primarily focus on social media content creation, digital publishing, and visual asset development to support both external brand visibility and internal communications. This role is responsible for executing day-to-day social media operations, managing online community engagement, and producing high-quality marketing materials for clinics, business development and internal teams.

This position requires a creative, detail-oriented executor who can manage multiple content streams while maintaining brand consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Content Creation & Publishing, Social Media Community Management

· Develop, design, and publish engaging, on-brand content across social media platforms

· Maintain and execute the content calendar, ensuring consistent posting cadence

· Capture and edit photo/video content from clinics and events

· Monitor performance and optimize content based on engagement metrics

· Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner

· Engage with followers to build brand awareness and community trust

· Escalate patient concerns or sensitive inquiries appropriately

Graphic Design & Marketing Collateral

· Design and produce promotional and informational flyers and other materials

· Ensure all materials are visually consistent with brand standards

· Maintain and update templates for scalable use across clinics

Doctor Branding (Headshots & Bios)

· Coordinate and manage professional doctor headshots

· Draft, edit and maintain provider bios for marketing and digital use

· Ensure consistent presentation across platforms and materials

Internal Content Development

· Upload, organize and maintain marketing content on the corporate intranet site

· Support internal PPT development for leadership and department needs

· Ensure assets are accessible, current, and properly categorized

Cross-Functional Support

· Collaborate with Business Development, Clinic Operations, and Leadership teams to fulfill marketing material requests

· Support internal communication initiatives through visual and written content

· Assist in planning and executing internal and external marketing events, including open houses, community outreach, health fairs, company events and employee engagement activities.

Success Metrics

· Content Consistency & Quality: Regular delivery of high-quality, on-brand social and design assets

· Engagement Growth: Increased social media interaction and audience growth

· Turnaround Efficiency: Timely completion of flyers, presentations, and content requests

· Content Accessibility: Well-organized and up-to-date SharePoint library

Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing coordination

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

· Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools)

· Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite)

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint

· Strong written and visual storytelling skills

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail

· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

· Collaborative, service-oriented mindset
