Job Description

General Responsibilities:
- Organize assigned store operations and delegate responsibilities to staff
- Proactively manage the assigned store to meet and report performance metrics
- Effectively build strong relationships, lead and develop a team
- Responsible for team building, scheduling, performance management, retention, and staff development
- Maintain operations by initiating and coordinating policies and procedures
- Cultivate and maintain a healthy culture
Compensation: $23-$25/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements:- At least 1 year of relevant business experience, preferably in management
- Basic financial understanding
- Comfortable with learning new computer applications
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organization and leadership skills
- Able to identify talent and recruit employees
