Regional Sales Manager
Location: Ohio, Michigan, Tennessee, Indiana or Kentucky / Home-Based
Compensation: Up to $250,000 USD/yr
Vehicle Allowance: $800 USD/mth
Travel: Approximately 75% throughout the assigned region
Schedule: Full-Time

As Regional Sales Manager, you'll lead a team of Business Development Managers, Sales Account Managers, and Customer Care Representatives across your region, partnering with Operations and executive leadership to strengthen veterinary partnerships, expand market share and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This role isn't simply about achieving sales targets. Your leadership will directly influence Gateway's growth, customer loyalty and long-term commercial success.
How You'll Lead- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing regional sales team.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and customer focus.
- Execute regional growth strategies aligned with Gateway's commercial objectives.
- Coach Sales Account Managers and Business Development Managers in consultative selling, territory planning and relationship management.
- Develop future sales leaders through mentoring and coaching.
- Partner with Operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Build strategic relationships with key veterinary partners.
- Use performance metrics and market intelligence to improve regional performance.
- Support new product launches, strategic initiatives and market expansion.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline preferred.
- Proven success leading high-performing B2B sales teams.
- Strong coaching and talent development experience.
- Strategic thinker with excellent business acumen.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned region.
- Field-based leadership role.
- Approximately 75% travel throughout the region.
- Regular customer visits, ride-alongs and leadership meetings.
- Occasional evenings, weekends and industry events.
