Description:

Centerpoint Apartments is currently seeking a Leasing Agent to oversee our apartment community located in Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors
  • Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue
  • Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew
  • Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email
  • Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects
  • Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market
Requirements:
  • Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude
  • Social media savvy + marketing experience is a plus

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of multifamily leasing/property management experience
  • Strong knowledge of leasing procedures, Fair Housing, and resident relations
  • Familiarity with Baltimore City housing requirements and compliance preferred
  • Experience with leasing software/RealPage preferred
  • Strong customer service, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to conduct tours, process applications, and complete lease paperwork
  • Organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Weekend availability as needed
