The Role:

Comply is looking for a VP of Demand Generation to lead our enterprise pipeline engine. This is a senior leadership role responsible for building and running a high-performance demand generation program with a strong focus on account-based marketing (ABM) for enterprise accounts, field marketing, and cross-functional go-to-market execution.

You will report directly to the CMO and work in close partnership with Sales, Product Marketing, and Digital Marketing to drive predictable pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and grow revenue from our most strategic accounts.

This is a builder role. You will set strategy and roll up your sleeves to execute.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and run a multi-tiered ABM program targeting enterprise accounts, from named account 1:1 plays to scaled 1:few campaigns
  • Partner with sales leadership and AEs to define target account lists, segment by opportunity and intent, and build account-level campaign plans
  • Build events as a pipeline driver, not just a brand play, every event has a target account list, pre/post follow-up plan, and pipeline outcome
  • Partner with Digital Marketing on paid media strategy for enterprise accounts, ensuring campaign execution is aligned to ABM plays
  • Drive SDR alignment, including outbound sequences, account prioritization, and follow-up cadences tied to marketing programs
  • Own the field marketing calendar — executive roundtables, hosted dinners, industry conferences, regional programs, and third-party sponsorships
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure ABM campaigns are grounded in sharp messaging, competitive positioning, and ICP-aligned value propositions

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years leading demand generation and ABM programs at a SaaS company
  • Proven track record of building and scaling ABM programs that drove measurable enterprise pipeline and revenue
  • Experience owning field marketing — you've planned and executed executive events, trade shows, and regional programs that generated pipeline
  • Strong sales partnership instincts — you're comfortable in the room with sales leadership and know how to align marketing to a sales motion
  • Strong communicator — you can present pipeline performance to the CMO and board-level stakeholders clearly and confidently
  • Data-driven by default — you use intent data, BI tools, and funnel analytics to make investment decisions

The all-in total compensation for this role is $186,000 and $222,000, and is specific to the United States. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range would be $155,000 - $185,000 plus applicable bonus/benefit offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience.
