This is a remote leadership opportunity focused on improving customer retention, service quality, and warranty performance across a network of dealerships.
The role combines operational oversight, dealer coaching, customer experience management, and warranty administration.
You will act as a key liaison between internal teams, dealership partners, and customers, helping ensure service policies and procedures are consistently followed.
A strong focus will be placed on reducing warranty waste, improving first-time repair outcomes, and managing goodwill and policy-related spend.
You will also support field actions, audits, training standards, and warranty labour rate processes across the district.
The position offers significant autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and regular interaction with dealership leadership.
This role is ideal for a bilingual leader who combines analytical judgment, business acumen, and a strong customer-service mindset.
- Develop and execute district business plans focused on warranty waste reduction, customer satisfaction, goodwill spending, and overall service performance.
- Partner regularly with dealership leaders to ensure service policies, warranty procedures, customer-handling processes, and compliance standards are consistently applied.
- Analyze customer satisfaction indicators and dealer performance data to identify opportunities to improve first-time repair outcomes and customer experience.
- Manage the effective use of courtesy transportation programs and support initiatives designed to eliminate unnecessary warranty costs.
- Ensure dealerships maintain effective processes for repeat repairs, customer concerns, field actions, and safe vehicle delivery.
- Support dealerships in escalating complex customer cases to technical assistance and field service engineering teams when appropriate.
- Meet with end customers when necessary to help resolve warranty, compliance, service, or field-action concerns.
- Administer warranty labour rate reviews and complete the required verification processes within established timelines.
- Monitor compliance with minimum training standards and support dealership readiness for warranty labour rate requirements.
- Support corporate audits, participate in required closing meetings, and implement corrective actions to address identified deficiencies.
- Organize and present regular district business and performance meetings, communicating results, priorities, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with legal, regional, service, engineering, and other cross-functional teams on complex cases and special initiatives.
- Encourage dealership empowerment, continuous improvement, and accountability while maintaining strong service and customer-experience standards.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Strong professional experience in service operations, warranty administration, automotive retail, customer experience, or a comparable environment.
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities, with the ability to influence dealership leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Superior analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate performance, identify risks, and develop practical corrective actions.
- Excellent bilingual communication skills in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong customer-service orientation, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage sensitive or complex situations professionally.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly for dealership and stakeholder meetings.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to compliance, service quality, and business outcomes.
- Remote work: Fully remote position with the flexibility to be based anywhere in Canada, with site attendance only when directed by the manager.
- Salary: CAD $76,100–$114,300, with the final offer determined by role-related factors and candidate qualifications.
