Bilingual Luxury Reservation Sales Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bilingual Luxury Reservation Sales Consultant based in Canada.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape exceptional luxury travel experiences from the very first guest interaction. You will support travelers in English and French, providing personalized reservation assistance across a portfolio of renowned luxury properties worldwide. The role combines hospitality, consultative sales, customer service, and relationship building in a dynamic reservation environment. You will listen closely to guest needs, recommend tailored accommodations and premium options, and turn travel aspirations into memorable experiences. You will join a diverse and multicultural team that values authenticity, inclusion, sustainability, and professional growth. This is a full-time, permanent remote opportunity following comprehensive paid onsite training in Moncton.

Accountabilities:
  • Handle inbound guest calls in English and French, assisting with room and suite reservations across luxury properties worldwide.
  • Build meaningful guest relationships by actively listening, understanding individual preferences, and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Recommend suitable rooms, packages, and premium options while delivering a confident, consultative reservation experience.
  • Create memorable interactions through warmth, creativity, empathy, and authentic communication.
  • Provide professional and efficient service while navigating multiple software systems and maintaining a high standard of guest care.
  • Represent responsible, ethical, and sustainable hospitality practices in every guest interaction.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team environment and support shared customer service and business objectives.
  • Use sound judgment and initiative to resolve guest needs and make decisions that enhance the overall experience.
Requirements
  • Professional-level fluency in both English and French, with the ability to confidently handle guest interactions in both languages.
  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the professionalism required for a luxury guest experience.
  • Experience and/or education in hospitality, tourism, sales, customer service, or contact centre environments.
  • Genuine passion for travel, hospitality, luxury experiences, and helping others.
  • Confidence to take initiative, make decisions, solve problems, and contribute positively to team success.
  • Ability to navigate multiple software systems while delivering efficient and personalized service.
  • Must be legally authorized to work full-time in Canada.
  • Must be available to work 6:30 PM to 3:00 AM, including weekends and holidays, with periodic weekends off.
  • Must live and work in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Ontario, or Québec.
  • Must be able to complete 4.5 weeks of fully paid onsite training in Moncton; travel and accommodation are provided for qualified candidates.
  • For the remote position, must have a suitable home workspace and high-speed wired internet; wireless and satellite connections are not permitted.
Benefits
  • $21.35 per hour, including a $1.50 per hour French-language premium.
  • Additional $1.00 per hour shift premium for hours worked after midnight.
