This is a fully remote opportunity for a customer-focused professional to support clients through the initial stages of auto and property insurance claims.
You will be responsible for handling First Notice of Loss (FNOL) calls, gathering accurate claim information, and guiding customers through the claims process.

- Handle First Notice of Loss (FNOL) calls for both auto and property insurance customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to auto and property claims, applying appropriate judgment when making claim-related decisions.
- Provide a consistently exceptional customer experience in line with established claims service and quality standards.
- Communicate with customers using empathy, care, and professionalism, particularly when assisting them during challenging circumstances.
- Gather, verify, and accurately document all relevant information concerning reported losses.
- Clearly explain the claims process, available options, and next steps to customers.
- Arrange appropriate inspection methods and emergency services when required.
- Maintain accurate and complete claims information while ensuring timely handling of customer requests.
- Manage a high volume of calls and tasks efficiently while maintaining service quality and attention to detail.
- At least 1 year of professional customer service experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build positive customer relationships.
- Strong empathy, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to remain composed and effective when handling sensitive customer situations or challenging conversations.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and service standards.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to apply sound judgment when handling customer inquiries and claim-related information.
- Familiarity with claims administration or insurance environments is an asset.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
