Operations Coordinator in Chicago, Illinois at Royal Packaging Midwest LLC

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer service and client support
• Driver check-in/check-out
• Scheduling appointments
• BOL and shipping document review
• Inventory and operational paperwork
• Data entry and reporting
• Coordination with warehouse operations
• General administrative support
• Assist with warehouse activities when needed

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excel and computer proficiency
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• 3PL experience
• Food-grade warehouse experience
• Inventory, shipping, and receiving experience
• Familiarity with WMS and ERP systems
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
