Job Description
Cardone Training Technologies | Miami, FL (Aventura HQ) | Full-Time
The OpportunityMost product leaders face a choice: build zero-to-one at a startup with no distribution, or optimize a mature product at a company with all the distribution and none of the greenfield.
This role is the rare exception to that tradeoff.
10XAIOS is a brand-new product — an AI operating system that unifies our proprietary knowledgebase, AI capabilities, and the full stack of tools our clients run their businesses on, under one platform. It will become the linchpin of the Grant Cardone offering: the product every client touches, the system of record for how they learn, sell, and operate.
You'll be building it from the ground up. But you won't be building it in a vacuum. You'll launch into an audience of millions, a customer base of hundreds of thousands of business owners and sales professionals, and one of the most recognized brands in business training — with the revenue engine, content library, and sales org of an established company behind you.
Day one, you have what most founders spend five years fighting for: distribution, brand, capital, and customers waiting for the product.
What You'll Own- Product vision and strategy for 10XAIOS end to end — from first principles to shipped product to scaled platform. You define what this product is.
- Zero-to-one execution. Discovery, MVP scoping, roadmap, launch, and iteration cycles. You'll make the calls on what we build first, what we say no to, and how fast we move.
- Platform architecture decisions (with engineering) on how we unify the knowledgebase, AI layer, and third-party tool integrations — CRM, dialers, payments, analytics — into a single coherent product experience.
- The AI strategy. How we turn a two-decade proprietary content and methodology library into an AI product clients can't get anywhere else. This is the moat; you decide how we build on it.
- The product team. You'll hire and lead product managers, designers, and work daily with engineering. You're the founding product leader — the culture you set is the one that scales.
- Commercial outcomes. This product carries revenue targets. You'll work directly with revenue leadership on pricing, packaging, activation, retention, and expansion. Product decisions here connect to P&L in weeks, not quarters.
- A seasoned product leader — 8+ years in product, with meaningful time as a Head of Product, Group PM, or Director/VP at a company known for product excellence. You've operated at scale and you've built new things.
- A zero-to-one operator. You've taken at least one product from concept to market — founded, incubated, or launched a new line inside a larger company — and you know how different that muscle is from optimizing something mature.
- Fluent in AI products. You've shipped (or deeply worked on) LLM-powered features or platforms. You understand RAG, agents, model tradeoffs, and — more importantly — where AI creates real user value versus demo-ware.
- A platform thinker. You've dealt with integrations, APIs, and the hard problem of making many tools feel like one product.
- Commercially wired. You're comfortable in a revenue-driven culture. You talk conversion, LTV, and churn as fluently as you talk user research and design systems. You don't need a translator between product and sales.
- High-velocity by default. We ship fast, decide fast, and course-correct fast. You find that energizing, not chaotic — and you know how to impose just enough process to move faster, not slower.
- A builder in an operator's world. You can hold your own with a large, opinionated, established organization — earning trust from leadership and sales while protecting the product's integrity and the roadmap's focus.
- Founder-level scope, without founder-level risk. Full ownership of a flagship product with an established company's resources behind it.
- A proprietary data and content moat most AI startups would kill for — decades of sales training, methodology, and business content, plus live behavioral data from an active customer base.
- Built-in distribution. A massive audience, a large in-house sales organization, and events that put tens of thousands of prospects in a room. Your go-to-market problem is sequencing, not scraping for users.
- Direct line to decision-makers. You'll work directly with executive leadership. No layers, no committee purgatory. Good ideas ship.
- A product that matters to the business. 10XAIOS isn't a side bet or an innovation-lab experiment. It's the strategic center of where the company is going.
- Based at our Aventura, FL headquarters (Miami metro).
- Competitive compensation
- Full benefits package
