· Ecommerce Site User Setup

· Assist Customers and Employees with Ecommerce Site

· Issue Retainer Trouble Tickets for The Ecommerce Site

· Research And Collect Data

· Data Entry in Excel

· Data Audit

· QC Data Imports

· ERP Product Setup

· Manage Request Emails

· Various Department Tasks

· Department Training

· Company Training

· Participate Team Meeting

Qualifications

· Time management

· Critical thinking

· Intermediate computer knowledge required

· Beginner Microsoft Office user required

· Decision making ability

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· High school diploma or GED equivalent

· Multi-tasking

· Good math skills

· Basic keyboard knowledge

· Valid driver’s license

· Drug free
