This is NOT a remote role; this is a Field role. To be considered, candidates must already reside in the Los Angeles metro.

Are you skilled at managing talent and bringing out the best in people? Are you a good motivator? Can you problem solve? Have a good grasp on technology but also have a lot of restaurant management experience? Well, your next career could be as the Regional Implementation Manager for our field service team.

The primary role is to lead the field service technician group, gauge the quality of their work, and help coordinate their deployment on service projects as well as coaching and mentoring the respective team. Holding people accountable is a critical skill for this role. Daily travel is expected as you will be managing a team of techs that reside in San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Diego...and spaces in between.

As the field team’s conduit to senior leadership, you are expected to communicate issues and offer ideas to continually improve our work environment.

You must possess a thorough Understanding of Restaurant operations, including Restaurant POS, technical concepts and computer networking. You are expected to continue to keep informed of new features and technologies as continued education and understanding is critical to being a good leader in this field.

Requirements:
  1. Weekly communication with leadership team
  2. Open door policy for your field team
  3. Proactive weekly engagement with your field team
  4. Ongoing team mentoring and presenting of learning opportunities by shadowing at least one service appointment per week with a team member (see one team member per week in the field)
  5. Identifying key team members for promotions
  6. Monitor employee labor so as to remain in compliance with state and federal laws
  7. Isolating Team capabilities and weaknesses
  8. Ensure your team is submitting required documentation and clocking in and out in a timely manner
  9. Always striving to build morale and determine ways to grow
  10. Maintain your own projects 3 to 4 days per week
  11. Administer corrective action communications

Suggested/Permitted Activities

  1. Team building exercises and activities such as quarterly dinner meetups.
  2. Monthly Team Calls
  3. Unannounced onsite drop ins on team members
