About Company:
Summary The Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily field activities for industrial construction, maintenance, turnaround, and outage projects. This position provides direct oversight of assigned craft personnel, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. The Foreman works closely with Superintendents, General Foremen, Project Management, HSE, and Quality personnel to coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and daily work activities. This position is responsible for crew productivity, safe work practices, quality workmanship, and timely completion of assigned work. |

Work Environment Work is performed primarily in active industrial environments, including refineries, petrochemical and chemical facilities, power generation facilities, fabrication shops, construction sites, and customer locations. The employee may work around operating machinery, piping systems, welding and cutting activities, cranes, scaffolding, mobile equipment, chemicals, elevated noise levels, dust, fumes, heat, cold, and changing weather conditions. The position requires frequent interaction with craft personnel, field supervision, Project Management, HSE, Quality, and customer representatives. Travel to project and customer locations may be required. Work schedules may include extended shifts, overtime, nights, weekends, holidays, outages, and turnarounds. Employees must comply with all Company, customer, and site-specific safety requirements and wear appropriate PPE. |
