Job Description

Cavalry Construction & Restoration, a brand of American Restoration is a fast-growing, full service commercial and residential company.

For our Houston Texas location, we are seeking an experience and driven Plumbing Program Restoration Project Manager to lead and oversee plumbing-related restoration projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving, and has a strong background in plumbing systems and project management.

You will play a critical role in restoring residential and commercial properties impacted by water damage, plumbing failures, or disaster events while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

    Lead and manage plumbing restoration projects from initial assessment through completionConduct site inspections to evaluate plumbing damage, water intrusion, and system failuresDevelop project scopes, timelines, and cost estimatesCoordinate with plumbers, technicians, subcontractors, and other tradesEnsure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulationsMonitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocationCommunicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and stakeholdersPrepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, change orders, and permitsIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure quality control and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications:
    3-5 years of experience in plumbing, restoration, or construction project managementStrong knowledge of plumbing systems, water mitigation, and restoration processesFamiliarity with insurance claims and documentation procedures is preferredProject management certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plusng leadership and team coordination abilitiesExcellent communication and client management skillsAbility to read blueprints and technical diagramsProblem-solving and decision-making skills under pressureStrong organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of OSHA safety standards
Compensation package includes base salary plus commission schedule, health benefits, 401 (k), phone fuel and vehicle allowance.
