Position: School Support Field Technician
Location: Atlanta, GA (100% Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months (Extension Possible)
We are seeking an experienced School Support Field Technician to provide onsite IT support . The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on desktop support experience, CompTIA A+ certification, and experience supporting Windows PCs, Chromebooks, iPads, and macOS devices.
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues
• Provide desk-side support to teachers, staff, and students
• Support Chromebook carts, computer labs, and classroom technology
• Install software, patches, and device updates
• Maintain ticket documentation and asset records
• Assist with device deployments and school technology projects
Required Skills:
• CompTIA A+ Certification
• 3+ years of Desktop/Field Support experience
• Windows, macOS, iOS, and Chromebook support
• Break/Fix troubleshooting
• Basic networking and wireless support
• Strong customer service and communication skills
This is a fully onsite position. Local candidates with reliable transportation are strongly preferred.
