This role serves as a strategic liaison between healthcare clients and internal teams, ensuring strong relationships, operational performance, and effective service delivery. You will manage client accounts within a radiology-focused environment, helping maximize collections, address escalated issues, and ensure contracted services are delivered successfully. The position combines client relationship management with revenue cycle expertise, data analysis, operational coordination, and process improvement. You will work closely with physicians, practice leaders, administrators, finance, HR, credentialing, compliance, and other stakeholders. As a trusted client partner, you will use performance data and business insights to identify issues, recommend improvements, and drive better outcomes. As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, you will oversee account performance, coordinate issue resolution, monitor operational workflows, and ensure clients receive responsive and high-quality service.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, address concerns, and maintain strong satisfaction in line with established client success standards.
- Serve as the primary client contact, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and provide timely follow-up.
- Facilitate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas and materials, document minutes, and maintain action-item logs and other required documentation.
- Review operational data and monitor workflow activities to ensure required processes and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Prepare and review reports and ad hoc analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze Client Success metrics, prepare client-specific performance reports, and use escalation processes to resolve concerns effectively.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis, operational trends, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with finance, HR, credentialing, compliance, and other business functions when practice administration services are involved.
- Monitor or manage payer contract negotiations and renewals in coordination with managed care and payer contracting resources, where applicable.
- Oversee or monitor client quality programs and compliance training in accordance with contractual requirements and guidance from subject matter experts.
- Support new client implementations, ensuring requirements, workflows, communications, and operational activities are coordinated effectively.
- Provide oversight, mentorship, and professional development support to assigned Client Success team members, where applicable.
- Promote compliance with applicable healthcare, privacy, security, and organizational requirements across assigned activities and teams.
- Lead or contribute to special projects and other initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate combines healthcare or revenue cycle experience with strong client-facing, analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating with diverse stakeholders, and using data to identify issues and drive operational improvements.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or a related field.
- Basic familiarity with medical billing terminology and healthcare revenue cycle processes.
- Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management, accounting, and/or finance.
- Ability to understand and apply applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and policies.
- Strong customer service and client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate tactfully and professionally with diverse personalities.
- Proven leadership and management capabilities, including the ability to motivate team members, establish expectations, and support professional growth.
- Strong presentation development and delivery skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong judgment, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and revenue cycle management or equivalent workflow management software.
- Ability to understand and comply with applicable policies, procedures, healthcare requirements, and security standards.
