Volunteer Connections Intern in Sioux Falls, South Dakota at Helpline Center

The Helpline Center is seeking a motivated and community-minded Volunteer Connections Intern to support our Volunteer Connections program, which helps connect individuals, groups, and organizations with meaningful volunteer opportunities throughout the community.

This internship offers hands-on experience in volunteer engagement, nonprofit operations, community outreach, and program coordination. Interns will contribute to marketing and promotional efforts, support community volunteer events, assist with data collection, and other program needs.

Internship available for Fall 2027. This is an unpaid internship.

Requirements include:

· Individuals pursuing Bachelor or Master’s degrees in human services, non-profit management, communications, or related fields

· Strong oral and written English language skills

· Working knowledge of computers and software programs
