We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care thatmeets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.

Work Setting:Primary Care

Schedule:4x10s or 5x8s

Patient Mix by Age:All ages

Patient Volume:8 12 per day

Types of Cases:Standard primary care clinic

Specialties and Staff on Site:1 MA per Provider, charge nurse on daily

Credentialing: 2-4 weeks

Requirements:

Licensure: Any State License and Active DEA

Required Certifications:

Board Certification:Board Certified FNP

Life Support Certifications: BLS

Experience Required:5 years of primary care experience as an FNP
