Lennie Harrison III - State Farm Agency in Brentwood, MO is hiring a full-time Licensed Insurance Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and identifying coverage needs. The ideal candidate is licensed, motivated, dependable, and comfortable providing exceptional service while also identifying sales opportunities.

An active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.

• $15–$20 per hour base pay, plus performance-based commissions and bonuses
  
• Estimated total earning potential of $40,000–$55,000+ annually, depending on experience and performance

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service to State Farm customers
  
• Answer questions regarding policies, coverages, billing, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, and claims
  
• Establish strong customer relationships and follow up as needed
  
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options
  
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and assist with sales opportunities
  
• Conduct customer-focused, needs-based conversations
  
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow agency procedures
  
• Work toward individual and team service and sales goals

Required:

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
• Ability to multitask and manage customer needs in a timely manner

Preferred:

• Previous insurance customer service or sales experience
• Life & Health license
• Experience working with State Farm or another insurance agency
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals or quotas
• Experience with insurance quoting, policy servicing, or customer retention
