This is a permanent, year-round position and is NOT seasonal. We are seeking reliable candidates who are looking for long-term employment and can commit to the schedule outlined below.Please apply only if your anticipated long-term availability matches the shifts below that we are looking to fill.About the Role:As the first point of contact for our gym, you’ll play a key role in providing excellent customer service to our gymnasts and their families. This position offers the opportunity to grow in hours for the right candidate who demonstrates strong skills and a great work ethic. This position is part time with shifts on the following days:Responsibilities:Greet and assist families with enthusiasm and professionalismAnswer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely mannerProcess class registrations, payments, and inquiriesMaintain a clean and organized front desk areaSupport staff and management with administrative tasks as neededProvide information about programs, events, and policiesWhat We’re Looking For:Strong customer service and communication skillsFriendly and professional demeanorAbility to multitask in a busy environmentBasic computer skills and comfort using software for scheduling and paymentsReliable, punctual, and a team playerPosition Details:Part-time hours with potential for increased hours for the right candidateSummer schedule would be ~ 26-28 hours with the schedule being Monday 3:15PM-7:45PM, Tuesday 4:15PM-7:45PM, Wednesday 10:00AM-2:45PM, Thursday 10:00AM-2:45PM, and Friday 3:00PM-6:45PM.Fall/Spring schedule would be ~ 22-26 hours TBD Requirements: Customer service Sales Gymnastics World of Georgia brings the joy of movement through our various programs like gymnastics, ninja, and dance!
