Starting at $110k annually + travel reimbursement + comprehensive benefits
Momentum Senior Living is looking for an experienced Regional Director of Human Resources to partner directly with our Chief Human Resources Officer in supporting our growing portfolio of Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.
This newly created leadership position is ideal for an HR professional who thrives on building relationships, coaching leaders, solving employee relations challenges, conducting investigations, and improving Human Resources operations across multiple communities.
You'll spend approximately 50–75% of your time traveling multi-state partnering with Executive Directors, HR Directors, Business Office Directors, and department leaders to provide hands-on HR support.

- 5+ years progressive HR experience
- 3–5 years in senior living, assisted living, memory care, healthcare, or hospitality
- Multi-site HR experience preferred
- Strong employment law knowledge particularly in California
- Experience with employee relations and investigations
- Paylocity experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus
