RN Resident Care Coordinator in Buffalo, Missouri at Citizens Memorial

Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation (CMH) is recruiting a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for our residents in Colonial Springs Healthcare Center

Colonial Springs is a 134-bed LTC, skilled nursing facility with a 34-bed memory care unit.

A typical day will include: to work closely with facility Director of Nursing to assure staff or residents needs are met. Is responsible to plan, organize, implement, evaluate and coordinate the development, education, orientation and scheduling of the nursing staff in accordance to Foundation policies, Federal / State regulations and quality care needs; behaves in a manner consistent with mission and objectives of CMH and performs other duties as requested.

The position is Full-Time Days 7am-3:30pm
