Job Title: Automotive Service Manager

Our company is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record of success in managing a service department. As an Automotive Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service department, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the service department

- Ensure that all service technicians are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties

- Develop and implement service policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction

- Monitor and maintain service department productivity and profitability

- Maintain accurate records of all service department activities

- Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are being met and their expectations are exceeded

- Work with the sales department to ensure that all customer needs are being met

- Ensure that all safety and environmental regulations are being followed.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service management is preferred.

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
