Document Security Solutions is a leading provider of secure document destruction services, document digitization and we're looking for a dynamic Operations Coordinator to drive our continued success. What You'll Do:

Drive Contract Success

• Review contracts and manage critical deliverables to ensure seamless execution
• Partner with subcontractors to optimize service delivery and maintain high performance standards
  

Lead Operations Support

• Coordinate with field teams, handle scheduling, and resolve customer inquiries
• Develop emergency response plans to keep operations running smoothly
  

Manage Key Relationships

• Collaborate across departments (contracts, accounting, service & customer service) to deliver exceptional results
• Serve as the go-to contact, training compliance questions and operational support
  

Optimize Systems & Processes

• Track project deliverables using cutting-edge tools (ClickUp, SharePoint, Microsoft Suite)
• Prepare quarterly reports and support audit processes

What We're Looking For:

Contract Review & Compliance Experience

• 2+ years in contract analysis and compliance management
• Experience identifying deliverables, obligations, and regulatory requirements
  

Subcontractor & Customer Management

• Proven ability to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Track subcontractor compliance and performance metrics
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  

Operations & Problem-Solving

• Experience in fast-paced operational environments
• Proactive problem-solving with ability to develop contingency plans
• Comfortable with travel for on-site support and issue resolution

Technical Skills & Systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and ClickUp
• Experience with project tracking and document management systems
• Strong analytical skills for data review and reporting

Communication & Teamwork

• Exceptional written and verbal communication - explain complex topics clearly
• Proven ability to lead meetings and facilitate productive discussions
• Collaborative approach with internal teams and external partners

Industry-Specific Knowledge (Preferred)

• NAID certification experience or willingness to obtain
• Familiarity with VA Directive 6371 requirements
• Knowledge of CUI Notice 2019-03 for destroying controlled unclassified information
• Understanding of HIPAA, FACTA, and information security regulations

Education

• Studies in the field (business, legal studies, or related field)
