Job Description

  • Oversee CNC Machining Operations:
  • Manage the entire CNC machining process, from planning and scheduling to execution and quality control.
  • Ensure Production Targets:
  • Meet production deadlines and quotas by optimizing workflows and resource allocation.
  • Maintain AS9100 Quality Standards:
  • Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Train and Develop CNC Machinists:
  • Provide training and mentorship to machinists, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to operate machines effectively.
  • Optimize Workflows:
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Other Teams:
  • Work with engineering, production, and other departments to meet customer and company objectives.
  • Problem-Solving:
  • Address technical issues and resolve problems that arise during the machining process.
