Data Processor Coordinator at Ozarks Healthcare – West Plains, Missouri

Under supervision of Patient Financial Services Manager, performs a variety of data processing duties including but not limited to: meeting with patients or responsible person for financial assessment and performing a Standard Means Test to determine Department of Mental Health funding eligibility; collecting monthly ability to pay co-payments; keying patient demographics into Expanse and state system (CIMOR). Keying daily charges for BHC offices located in West Plains, Thayer, Gainesville, Houston, and Mt. Grove including individual, family and group therapy and school based services for LPC and LCSW licensed therapists; medication services charges for APN’s and physicians; Department of Mental Health charges for Psychosocial Rehabilitation, residential, ITCD and community support specialists. Reviewing and working the daily billing rejection reports; Missouri Medicaid verification.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of mental health CPT codes, Rev Sites, and Locations required.
