Pay Range: $95,680.00 - $111,924.00 per year

Pay Transparency:

The above reflects the anticipated annual salary range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

Identifies and evaluates patients with impaired hearing and balance and provides appropriate habilitation/rehabilitation. Provides educational programs to the families. Uses an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient's age-specific needs and provide age-specific treatment and care. Assists in the maintenance of and management of equipment and supplies for day-to-day operations. Provides age-appropriate care for a specific population including newborns, children, adolescents, and adults.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Clinical Doctorate of Audiology
  • Minimum 1 year of experience

Preferred:

  • Pediatric experience and Outpatient physician office experience is a plus

Certifications and Licenses Required:

  • NJ Audiology License or Temporary License
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association or approved plan for Clinical Fellowship
  • NJ Hearing Aid License to be completed within 2 years of hire
  • BLS Certification approved by the American Heart Association

Scheduling Requirements:

  • 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • Monday - Friday
  • Full-Time

Essential Functions:

  • Experienced in providing education and instruction to families
  • Proficiency in billing and coding in compliance with medical standards
  • The individual will work with ENT conducting complete audiologist evaluations, VRA, OAE, VRA, tympanometry
  • Other duties as assigned
