The Role

We are seeking a board-certified MD or DO with training in functional or integrative

medicine to join our growing team. You will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care

with a focus on identifying and addressing the underlying drivers of illness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth consultations, including detailed health histories and appropriate lab and diagnostic evaluation
• Develop individualized treatment plans that integrate nutrition, lifestyle, supplementation, and conventional therapies
• Manage conditions such as hormonal imbalance, PCOS, thyroid dysfunction, fertility concerns, perimenopause and menopause, fatigue, gut health, and metabolic and autoimmune issues
• Provide hormone therapy and other evidence-based interventions as appropriate
• Collaborate with our care team of nurse practitioners.
• Document care thoroughly and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards

Hours:

• 16-24 hours per week

Salary:

• $90.00-$110.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

• Qualifications
• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, GYN, or a relatedspecialty
• Certification or training in functional medicine (IFM, A4M, or equivalent) preferred
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Massachusetts and DEA registration
• Experience in women’s health required
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient education
