• Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with property maintenance processes and vendor management is a plus
• NSpire experience preferred
• Are 18 years of age or older
• Have a current, non-provisional driver's license in good standing
• Possess a high school diploma or GED
• Has skills in at least one (or more) of the following building trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, fire protection or mechanical.
• Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
