Scattered-Site Single-Family Property Manager at TCS Mgt LLC – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

TCS Property Management – A multi-state leader in single-family rental management – is expanding into various areas and we’re looking for a driven, organized, boots-on-the-ground Scattered-Site Single-Family Property Manager to join our team.

This position oversees all aspects of managing a scattered portfolio of single-family rental homes in various locations. The job includes basic Property management responsibilities, customer service and managing landlord and resident relations, property maintenance oversight, vendor management, overseeing general inspections, and overall portfolio performance, overseeing rent collections and evictions.

Locations: Philadelphia, Olde City Office

• Full-cycle management of occupied and vacant single-family homes
• Overseeing move-ins, and move-outs
• Coordinating maintenance, managing vendors, and ensuring timely repairs
• Conducting routine and preventative property inspections
• Handling resident communication with professionalism and urgency
• Supporting rent collections and property compliance
• Providing ownership-level reporting and updates
• Ensuring compliance with local housing regulations
• Representing the TCS brand with excellence, transparency, and reliability

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience with scattered-site or single-family rental management strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Comfortable with computers software, mobile apps, photo documentation
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure
• A “get it done” mindset—solutions over excuses
