We are currently seeking an experienced real estate and lease administrator. This position requires an individual who is able to demonstrate a breadth of knowledge regarding commercial real estate concepts and terms, particularly with respect to retail and office leases. Previous experience negotiating letters of intent and commercial leases is a requirement.
WE OFFER:
· This position offers a starting salary that ranges from $65,000.00-$80,000.00 annually depending on qualifications and experience. Candidates with exceptional qualifications may be offered additional consideration.

Requirements:JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Ability to understand and interpret commercial lease documents
· Process paperwork for new vendor set up as needed

· Ability to write routine reports and legal correspondence in a concise and effective manor
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
· Draft, review, and revise various types of transactional agreements in connection with real estate management and leasing including, by way of example, commercial retail leases, lease amendments, license agreements, estoppel certificates, SNDA’s, letters of intent, lease guarantees, lease commencement agreements, etc.
· Assist General Counsel, Property Managers and Leasing Brokers with all aspects of processing lease documents through lease execution
· Work with other company departments, i.e., accounting and asset acquisitions and dispositions, as necessary
· Assist in addressing ongoing tenant needs and resolving tenant issues following lease execution
