Job Title: Commercial Property Manager
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Job Type: Full-Time

We are a growing, locally owned property management company based in Philadelphia, managing a portfolio of commercial properties including office, retail, and mixed-use spaces. We pride ourselves on responsive service, strong tenant relationships, and practical, hands-on management.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling both tenant-facing responsibilities and operational details.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of assigned commercial properties
• Serve as primary point of contact for tenants and vendors
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and property inspections
• Oversee vendor contracts and ensure quality and cost control
• Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting
• Support lease administration, renewals, and tenant onboarding
• Ensure properties comply with local codes and regulations
• Respond to after-hours issues as needed
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of commercial property management experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
• Familiarity with property management software, Yardi as well as excel and word documents.
• Knowledge of Philadelphia commercial real estate market & city ordinances is a plus
